Abstract

working capital is a company fund that is used to finance the needs of the company's operations for maximum expenditure of funds within a period of brackets of one year. so that management or working capital management is a source of funds that are managed and used as a destination related to working capital at the company to finance all activities or activities that exist within the company. In the relationship between liquidity and working capital has a very close relationship. This is because the existence of any working capital in a company can affect the liabilities in the short term. Where in this case with a relationship in each working capital is useful for carrying out a company's operations every day in order to fulfill obligations that must be immediately fulfilled by the company. Whereas with the existence of liquidity in every company, it can be said that it can fulfill the ability possessed by the company in terms of its obligations which must be implemented immediately
