Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know Facilities, Services, and Corporate Image Against Customer Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. And to know the most significant influence between Influence Facility, Service, And Corporate Image Against Consumer Satisfaction This research includes the type of descriptive research with hypothesis testing. Samples used in this study as many as 100 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression test analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS version 16 for windows. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements were Likert scale tested for validity and reliability Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on t test and F test shows that Facilities, Services, and Corporate Image partially and simultaneously affecting Consumer Satisfaction Ramayana Mall Sidoarjo. Variable Facilities, Services, and Image Company has a strong relationship and direction to Customer Satisfaction has a strong relationship to customer satisfaction
