Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether the quality of service and school image affect the satisfaction and loyalty students SMP YPM 8 Sidoarjo. The population in this study is all students of class X which amounted to 380. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling with sampling technique is accidental sampling. Sample taken by 120 respondents. While the analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward can be concluded that the quality of the service and the image of the school have a positive and significant impact on the satisfaction and loyalty of students SMk YPM 8 Sidoarjo.
