Abstract

This study aims to to analyze the influence of trust and commitment influential simultaneously to loyalty consumers PT. Pos Indonesia; analyzing the influence of confidence and commitment on this fact influence consumer loyalty to PT. Pos Indonesia; and analyzes the most dominant its effect on consumer loyalty PT. Pos Indonesia. This research including the kind of research quantitative, instrument analysis used in the form of kuisioner. Population in this research is 143 consumers pt.Pos indonesia.Sample in this research was 105 respondents. Analysis data was undertaken from the analysis linear regression multiple. The results showed that partially there is a positive and significant influence between trust and commitment to consumer loyalty PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sidoarjo; trust and commitment affect simultaneously to consumer loyalty. In addition, the results showed that trust has the most dominant influence on consumer loyalty PT.Pos Indonesia (Persero) Sidoarjo.
