Abstract

ABSTRACTION Widowati, kiki.. 2018. Influence of working period, individual characteristics and work environment to employee loyality PT.Indomarco Prismatama. The purpose of this research is to know the Influence of working period, individual characteristics and work environment to employee loyality. Working period, individual characteristics and work environment become independent variable, employee loyality become dependent variable. This research uses quantitative approach. By using the technique of collecting data throught questionnaires spread on the employee of PT. Indomarco Prismatama. The method used is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The instrumen of this used questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. This study uses priemer data and secondary data. Result of hypothesis test show partially, working period variable and individual characteristics influenced significantly to employee loyality variable. Simultaneously working period, individual characteristics, and work environment influence significant to employee loyality. Among the variables affecting employee loyality, individual characteristics variable has the most significant effect on the employee loyality variable.
