Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. An organization or company that plays an important role is human resources (HR). In improving productivity that maximally human resources must play an active role to get an appropriate profit expected by organization or company. Research under the title "The Influence of Supervision, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Productivity At PT.Karya Guna Ekatama Wonokoyo Pasuruan. The problem of this research is whether the influence of supervision, work discipline and work environment simultaneously and partially to work productivity of employees and which among the variables of supervision, work discipline and work environment that has the most significant effect on employee productivity. This study aims to determine how much the influence of supervision, work discipline and work environment simultaneously and partially to work productivity and to know among the variables of supervision, work discipline and work environment that has the most significant effect on employee productivity. This research method is quantitative research by using Sampling Probability sampling technique. Data collection used spread questioner with sample taken 50 respondents at PT.Karya Guna Ektama. And the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, validity test and reliability test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The result of the research shows that based on the Partial Test (T test) is the influence of supervision on work productivity where the variable of supervision on work productivity. That the control variable (x1), work discipline (x2), work environment (x3) influence simultaneously to work productivity (Y). Based on the results tesebut it can be concluded that the work discipline has the most significant effect on work productivity.
