Abstract

The article presents directions for improving the multifactor model of forecasting future changes in the management efficiency of the service sector. Three limitations of existing models are identified - the subjectivity of the selection of factors, the accumulation of error in the forecast of factors, and their incompatibility with structural changes. As a result of the research, a procedure for selecting factors on a statistical basis, a mechanism for reducing the accumulation of errors, a model with adaptive coefficients, and an integral specification of the improved model are proposed. A system of complex criteria for assessing the quality of the model is developed.
