Abstract

This article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the financial sustainability management system of enterprises in the context of the digital economy. The relevance of the study is explained by the accelerating pace of digital transformation, the widespread adoption of information and communication technologies across all sectors of the economy, the increasing level of financial risks, and the growing need to implement modern management approaches in enterprise operations. In the digital economy, ensuring the financial sustainability of enterprises is not only essential for improving their financial performance but also serves as one of the key factors in strengthening their long-term competitiveness. The aim of the study is to develop scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations for improving the mechanisms of effective financial sustainability management for enterprises in the context of the digital economy. During the research, methods such as scientific abstraction, comparative analysis, a systems approach, economic and statistical analysis, financial performance assessment, and generalization were employed. The literature review demonstrated the significant role of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, Big Data, cloud computing, and business analytics tools in enhancing the management of financial sustainability. The findings of the study indicate that improving the financial sustainability management system of enterprises requires the integration of digital monitoring, real-time financial analysis, risk forecasting, and information systems that support managerial decision-making. Furthermore, the study substantiates that a comprehensive financial sustainability assessment model and an approach based on digital management tools contribute to the efficient utilization of financial resources, the mitigation of financial risks, the enhancement of investment attractiveness, and the achievement of sustainable enterprise development. The proposed scientific recommendations and practical guidelines are of significant theoretical and practical importance for improving financial sustainability management systems, increasing the effectiveness of managerial decision-making, and ensuring the sustainable operation of enterprises in the context of the digital economy.
