Abstract

This study used a descriptive-analytical technique to evaluate the degrees of digital maturity and high-reliability organization principles in the Dhi Qar Health Directorate and investigated the impact of digital maturity on improving high-reliability organizations in healthcare institutions. A questionnaire was used to gather information from 106 administrative leaders and staff members, and SPSS was used for analysis. With a moderate-to-high degree of digital maturity and a moderate level of high-reliability organization implementation, the results showed a considerable positive impact of digital maturity on high-reliability organizations. Digital strategy and market competency were the next most important factors, after people, expertise, and capabilities. To improve dependability, stability, and organizational performance, the study suggests bolstering digital maturity practices, innovation, continuous learning, digital culture, and technology infrastructure.
