Abstract

The importance of this research lies in the fact that it seeks to help businesses guard themselves from ineffective administration policies which might harm them in terms of their image and effectiveness. Method: In this particular research, the emphasis will be made on exploring disciplinary accountability among executives and the issues of law connected with that concept. Results: Disciplinary accountability is very essential since it safeguards society against misconduct which may lead to wastage of resources. Accountability also builds the confidence and trust between workers and management. Discipline does not involve punishing only but also takes preventive measures through rule formulation. Novelty: The question the research will seek to answer is the following: how can disciplinary accountability of executives be made effective without violating legal standards?
