Abstract
This article explores the theoretical and methodological foundations of modeling the divergent mechanism for improving the economic efficiency of enterprises. The study analyzes the role of divergent development approaches in enterprise activities, the internal and external factors affecting economic efficiency, and the scientific and methodological aspects of their modeling. It also highlights the importance of economic-mathematical models, econometric approaches and systems analysis in assessing innovative activity, technological modernization, digital transformation and the efficient use of resources. The study examines opportunities to increase competitiveness, strengthen production efficiency and ensure sustainable economic development by applying a divergent mechanism. The results provide a basis for developing scientific and practical recommendations aimed at improving enterprise efficiency assessment and forecasting systems and increasing the quality of managerial decision-making.
