Abstract
In the context of EFL learning, according to research teachers and learners apply many problems during classroom activities. Various problems can be seen as a result of this research articel, preferably the learning process, the results of completing the task, and contribution in teamwork. So the teacher must understand the right education strategy to be implemented to their students. There are 2 methods namely PEDAGOGIA and JESS. PEDAGOGIA is a better educational strategy than JEES. Pedagogia's method focuses more on all aspects of education, such as: pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar but JEES focuses only on writing ability. The PEDAGOGIA method uses a qualitative approach with questionnaires, observations, and video recordings. In PEDAGOGIA the analysis of research data was conducted in three very interesting ways than JEES namely: data reduction, presentation data, decision and verification, and PEDAGOGIA implemented to all students. JEES is only implemented on three students from Thailand by providing a closed questionnaire. Research from PEDAGOGIA can see students 'english problems from all angles, and we do not need more time to learn about students' problems about English and vice versa for JEES methods. What method would you choose to identify and teach your students?
