Abstract
The management of the mini-library of the Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah of Suko Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, has experienced a significant decline over the last few years, this is due to a number of things, including the reading garden management system is still carried out traditionally, while in this pandemic condition, the impact is Mini libraries are often closed which causes them to look poorly maintained so that many residents cannot use the reading garden to gain knowledge. With these problems, the solution offered is to improve services and improve / assist service facilities by modernizing the mini library management system by digitizing the mini library. So that by modernizing the management of the mini library and doing it professionally, it can maximize the potential of the Mini Library of the Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah, Suko village, Sidoarjo sub-district, Sidoarjo district, East Java, and be able to provide a stimulus in an effort to increase the love of reading and professionalism of management and managers. The method of implementing this activity is carried out with several approaches, namely Participatory Rural Appraisal and Participatory Technology Development. The implementation technique is divided into 3 (three) stages, namely preparation, implementation and monitoring evaluation. so that the end result of the modernization of this mini library is to make the mini library of the Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah in Suko village, Sidoarjo sub-district, a reference for independent public libraries in Sidoarjo, especially for similar mini libraries managed by Pimpinan Ranting Muhammadiyah throughout East Java and improve thinking, reading and writing skills. or other skills needed (soft skills and hard skills) by the community.
