Abstract

The article highlights the importance of catering enterprises. The new economic situation has changed the public's attitude toward catering enterprises, with their development being seen as beneficial for the population. This thought must be accepted, as catering enterprises provide jobs with moderate salaries for tens of thousands of people, which is reassuring for society. In this regard, the article presents specific approaches to defining the path from final outcomes, such as salary and profit indicators. It is noted that a number of scientific perspectives and solutions will lead to a significant conclusion, proving that all problems are inextricably linked to the improvement of the general system of enterprises and the pricing of self-produced goods in catering enterprises. The article suggests the need to stimulate the growth of the volume of self-produced goods and services through financial levers and to achieve an optimal combination of the economic interests of enterprises and the state as a whole
