Abstract
In this article, professional-pedagogical tolerance, its essence, the role of professional-pedagogical tolerance in the development of the individual and society, the fact that it is the main factor in stabilizing the life of society, the creation of an environment of tolerance of cultures and interpersonal dialogue by the professional pedagogue, the educational process, the fact that it is a factor in expanding the possibilities, and the role of a tolerant pedagogue in the development of the student community were discussed. This article serves as a necessary resource for the scientific and pedagogical communities.
