Abstract

This paperdiscussed the importance of effective supervision ofimplementation of educational administration and planning curriculum in Nigerianuniversities. The paper used secondary data. The secondary data were collected from bothprint and online publications. The paper foundthat effective supervision of educational administration and planning curriculum in Nigerian universities will guarantee adequate funding, employment of adequate academic staff, provision of adequate infrastructuralfacilities, admission of qualified studentsintothe programme, implementation of CCMAS and academic development. Based on thesefindings, the paper hereby recommended that universities administrators should ensure educational administration and planning programmeisgiven effective supervisionin theirrespective universities and more budgetary allocationshould be allocated to the educational administration and planning programme for effective implementation in the universities
