Abstract
The development of technology which has implications for increasing market competition has pushed the majority of business people to move quickly in order to keep winning the market competition. One of the most important efforts is an effort to increase market expectations which are linear with customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which aspects of customer satisfaction such as product quality, service quality, product prices, product accessibility, marketing strategies and customer experience contribute to the implications of customer satisfaction. This research study was conducted on distributors and beauty product shops based on initial observations of feeling the impact of the development of technology and changing customer styles due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the showed that customer experience aspect has the greatest influence on customer satisfaction in the beauty product shop that is the object of this research. This data is expected to add reference for business owners as well as similar companies to find out which aspects need to be the main priority as well as a source of strategic planning for increasing customer satisfaction.
