Abstract
This study describe the performace information public services and the quality of public service performace information in East Jawa. This qualitative research usede the IKM analysis and description methods. The results of this study showed that the public information services of government institutions in the three study sites were held in the two models. The first is the informationservices are made directly or face to face communication to relevant agencies with the authority as source of information. types of information service shows poor image by IKM 54.625. The index shows that performance of public information services located in the C value of service quality. The second model is e-government based service. The information service using the state media website (e-government) shows that service wuality slightly better than correct service, wuth is equivalent to 57,175 or the value of C
