Abstract
The purpose of this study is to formulate a management study of the small island tourism marketing in order to increase domestic and international travelers. The method used is to use a qualitative approach, and use data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study indicate that the management of tourism marketing to increase domestic and international tourists through Intangibility, perishability and inseparability. Tourism marketing management requires a special treatment in order to increase the number of domestic and international tourists, which is associated with the tourism industry on the island of Baleen is focused on the role of government that is still very low in order to be able to better manage simultaneously develop tourismmarketingBawean
