Abstract

Government efforts to improve education quality is being done , Quality Education is determined by various factors. One of them is the result of study proved by the mark got from teaching learning process in certain education, The national exam is one of the forms to measure the Quality of Education in national scale. However The National Examination organized by the government during this time is not yet able to reflect the essential Education quality. Therefore the implementation of the national examination that will be held in April 2015, the welfare will be changed. The final exam no longer function as a determinant of Graduation students . But the school is given authority to assess a comprehensive operation entire component for students to declare whether students end or not in certain education
