Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Environment, to Work Motivation and Employee Performance either through direct influence and indirect influence. And to know the influence of motivation on Employee Performance in District Office Candi, This study used the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this research are 41 employees at Candi District Office, Analytical tool used is statistical descriptive analysis, path analysis, t test, F test using SPSS program. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurements were Likert scale tested for validity and reliability Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on t test and F test show that Leadership and Work Environment, partially and simultaneously influence to Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Leadership Variables and Work Environment have a strong and unidirectional relationship to Work Motivation and Employee Performance Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Work Motivation and Performance
