Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Service Quality, Facilities And Tariff Of Health Service To Patient Satisfaction and Patient Loyalty either directly or indirectly. The data in this study using the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 150 patients at Sedati Publlic Health Center. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with AMOS program. Primary data is obtained from the questionnaire whose measurement using Likert scale that tested the validity and reliability of SPSS program with accompanying deskriptive and variable. Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on SEM test indicate that Quality and Service of health service influence to patient satisfaction and loyalty. While the Health Service Tariff does not affect patient satisfaction and loyalty.
