Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Skill, Education and Teamwork on productivity at PT. Karya Guna Ekatama (KAGE) Wonokoyo Beji Pasuruan. The analytical tool used is to use tabulation on the questionnaire, data collection in the form of validity and reliability test. Hypothesis in this research is there influence of skill, education and team cooperation have an effect on to productivity. To test this hypothesis is used in the form of data analysis tools in the form of multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on the obtained Test Validity indicates there are some questions that are not valid tida this is because the value Rhitung <Rtabel. but after the validity test is done until the test question from 3 on the questionnaire is valid. To test the reliability of all variables, the value of Cronbach alpha> 0,05 is stated Reliable and for Hypothesis Testing based on F test, t test, and Adjusted R2 indicates that there is significant influence between skill, education and teamwork on productivity with Significant high. Result of hypothesis test 1 by using Test F calculated equal to 7,521 with significant value equal to 0.000. Where f-table is known at 2.81. So that f- count> f table is 7,251 with significant value 0,000 <0,05. The result of test using t-test obtained t-hitung value for skill variable of 2,053 with significant value 0,046, educational variable equal to 2,053 with significant value 0,046., And team cooperation variable 2,211 with significant value equal to 0,046 and team cooperation variable equal 2,211 with significant of 0.032. Where is the t table known as 1.678. Of the three variables have t-count> t-table with significant value <0.05.
