Abstract

Lailatuzzahroh. Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Di Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya Thesis ini belum dipublikasikan. Program Pascasarjana, Magister Manajemen, Universitas Muhamamdiyah Sidoarjo Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data tabulasi responden dari hasil kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 144 karyawan di Rumah sakit Islam Surabaya. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan program Amos, Data primer ini diperoleh dari kusioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitas denga program SPSS disertai deskritif responden dan variabel Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukan bahwa data sudah valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan uji SEM menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja.Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi Namun lingkungan kerja ini . tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Sedanagkan komitmen organisasim berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Lailatuzzahroh. The Influence Of Job Satisfaction And Work Environment Against Organizational Commitment And Employee Performance At Surabaya Islamic Hospital This thesis has not been published yet. Graduate Program, Master of Management, Muhamamdiyah University of Sidoarjo The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Job Satisfaction And Work Environment Against Organizational Commitment And Employee Performance The data in this study using the data tabulation of respondents from the results of the questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 144 employees at Surabaya Islamic Hospital. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis with Amos program, Primary data is obtained from the kusioner whose measurement using Likert scale which tested the validity and reliability of SPSS program with accompanying deskritif and variable Result of research based on validity and reliability test show that data have valid and reliable. Based on SEM test shows that Job Satisfaction and Work Environment influence on performance. Job satisfaction influence to organizational commitment But this work environment. has no effect on organizational commitment. Sedanagkan organizational commitment affect the performance
