Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge mangement, work competence on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable at Mitra Medika Health Hospital, Pandaan-Pasuruan. The respondents used were 65 employees. This research method is quantitative method. The analytical technique used in this study is the path analysis using software for Microsoft Windows 8 64 bit operating system called International Business Machine (IBM) Predicitive Analytic Software (PASW) version 22. Based on the results of the research by hypothesis test obtained information that the variable knowledge management and work competence have influence simultaneously on employee performance. The variable of knowledge management and work competency partially have an effect on to significant of employee performance. Knowledge management and work competence variables have an effect simultaneously on organizational commitment. The variable of knowledge management and work competence are partially significant to organizational commitment. There is an effect of organizational commitment to employee performance. then there is the influence of knowledge management on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable. And last there is the influence of work competence on employee performance with organizational commitment as intervening variable.
