SWOT analysis is an analysis used to identify and analyze some internal factors and external factors faced in the business world. The SWOT analysis is used to develop a calculation plan for different internal and external factors so that the organization can optimize its strengths and opportunities. On the other hand, anticipate and minimize the weaknesses and threats that the organization has. Through the analysis of internal and external environment, then can be formulated some strategies to apply to the organization to be able to face change. The purpose of this study to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and to formulate strategies that can be applied to the PT. Telkom Access Sidoarjo. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interview and documentation. The right strategy to be applied is developer strategy, among others, by making efforts to improve the competence and skill (skill) owned by employees through education and training so that employees work well and can meet the target, perform assessment and performance evaluation it can be known employees work optimally and gain a good career path, and empower the potential and capacity of the company so as to achieve optimal performance in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the company.
