Abstract

Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection has protected the rights of consumers in buying and selling transactions through Application of Gojek. This can be proven by looking at Article 4 of Law Number 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection which regulates the rights of consumers. The form of GI services to consumers is in the form of Application Services. With a variety of services offered by Gojek Indonesia Against Consumers, such as transportation services, logistics, between selling food and purchases in accordance with consumer demand with on demand system.
