Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of introducing innovative management approaches to the management of academic activities in higher education institutions. The study examines the content of innovative methods such as results-oriented management, project management, quality management standards, academic analytics, scenario planning and knowledge management, as well as the level of readiness of organizations to implement them. The main obstacles to the introduction of innovative approaches are identified, and the roadmap for their phased implementation and expected results are scientifically documented.
