Methods: Data Collected through a structured questionnaire and distributed to 185 professionals worked at banking institutions and financial services and manufacturing facilities and retail businesses and other sectors across the United States. IBM SPSS Statistics software to conduct data analysis which involved descriptive statistics and reliability and convergent validity testing and Pearson correlation and multiple regression and hypothesis evaluation. Results: The measurement model presented outstanding reliability through Cronbach's alpha values which ranged between 0.891 and 0.919. Correlation analysis showed all variables had positive relationships which reached statistical significance. Strongest relationship showed up between Competitive Advantage and Strategic Business Performance through a correlation value of 0.756. The regression analysis showed that Strategic Business Performance variance at 68.4% (R² = 0.684) came from the model. Identified Artificial Intelligence Adoption as the leading element which forecasted Strategic Business Performance with a beta value of 0.436. This study data supported all six proposed hypotheses since their statistical significance achieved p = 0.001. Conclusion: Artificial Intelligence Adoption leads to better Strategic Business Performance through its ability to improve Financial Reconciliation and boost Productivity and enhance Process Efficiency and strengthen Competitive Advantage.
