Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a revolutionary technology that is revolutionizing business operations by increasing their efficiency, automating repetitive tasks, optimizing decision-making processes and enabling organizational innovation. Given the ever growing range of business opportunities, challenges and effects of using AI in businesses, research on understanding the opportunities, challenges and impact of using AI in organizational transformation is a critical topic. This study examines how AI is transforming business operations and impacts various job functions, business processes, and business transformation within different business domains. The data set used for this research includes the job titles, AI impact, human tasks, AI models, AI workload ratios, and industry domains. Data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, description statistics, correlation analysis and machine learning are used in the quantitative research approach to identify patterns linked to AI adoption and its impacts on business processes. This study examines the impact of AI on operational efficiency and also identifies some of the challenges that come with the usage of AI, including job displacement fears, skills shortages, human-AI interactions, ethics, and organizational preparedness. This study investigates differences in the adoption of AI by different industries and how AI implementation correlates with the transformation of the organization. The results will be expected to show how organizations who strategically integrate AI can gain greater productivity, improved decision support, optimized resource usage and competitive advantage and manage the implementation risks and workforce transition. This study enhances the current knowledge base by providing empirical data on AI adoption in business settings and provides valuable insights for business leaders, policy makers, and technology practitioners who want to implement AI in a responsible and sustainable manner. This study underscores the need for a balance between technologic innovation and human capabilities for the long-term success of the organization in the era of digital transformation.
