Abstract
This article examines current trends in the adoption of artificial intelligence technologies in service enterprises, identifies existing barriers, and proposes strategic directions for overcoming them. The study employs comparative, statistical, analytical, and SWOT analysis methods. The findings reveal that the rapid development of the digital economy in Uzbekistan is expanding opportunities for the application of artificial intelligence technologies in the service sector. However, high implementation costs, insufficient digital infrastructure, cybersecurity risks, and a shortage of qualified specialists were identified as the main challenges. Based on the research findings, scientific and practical recommendations were developed to ensure the effective adoption of artificial intelligence and enhance the competitiveness of service enterprises.
