Abstract
Abstract: The research aims to identify the impact of Dynamic Capabilities with its dimensions (sensing capability, learning capability, integration capability, coordination capability, reconfiguration capability) on Business Models Innovation with its dimensions (value creation innovation, value proposition innovation, value capture innovation) through the mediating role of Strategic Agility with its dimensions (strategic sensitivity, collective commitment, resource fluidity). The research sample included (120) individuals from the administrative leadership in private banks in the Middle Euphrates provinces (Diwaniyah, Babylon, Najaf, Karbala) who hold the positions of (bank manager, assistant manager, department heads) in those banks. The research relied on the descriptive-analytical method and the questionnaire for data and information collection, in addition to using a set of statistical tools including (normal distribution test, confirmatory factor analysis, validity and reliability test, mean, standard deviation, structural equation modeling). The data were analyzed using advanced statistical software (SPSS&Amos.V..25). The research concluded that there is an impact of dynamic capabilities on Business Models Innovation through the mediating role of Strategic Agility. Banks that exhibit a high degree of Strategic Agility can enhance the relationship between Dynamic Capabilities and Business Models Innovation. In other words, banks that wish to improve the level of their business models innovation should pay attention to Strategic Agility.
