Abstract
The article scientifically analyzes digital transformation processes in the tourism service sector, the modern forms of digital services, and their main principles. During the study, the impact of smart tourism, artificial intelligence, IoT, Big Data, cloud technologies, mobile applications, QR-code systems, and virtual and augmented reality technologies on the efficiency of tourism services was examined. Based on global and Uzbek tourism statistics, trends in the use of digital services were analyzed. As a result of the research, a modern model was proposed based on the principles of integration, personalization, real-time management, contactless service, and environmental sustainability in tourism services.
