However, this democratization of analytics brings significant governance challenges—ranging from data security and compliance risks to metric inconsistencies and shadow reporting. For highly regulated industries like BFSI, where trust, accuracy, and regulatory alignment are paramount, striking the right balance between empowerment and control is essential.
