Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand the application of the PjBL model in IPAS learning in order to cultivate the character of curiosity and the implications of the use of the pjBL in cultivating the character curiosity of students. The research uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenological research. Study results showed that teachers' efforts to cultivate the character of curiosity through PjBL in the learning of IPAS on animal living matter can cultivate a critical, creative, and innovative mental attitude.PjBL models have a positive implication in cultivating curiosity in the students.Learning IPAS through the model, students are encouraged to participate actively in the process of learning, explore topics in depth, and develop critical questions. This project-focused learning process drives students to find answers and creative solutions, which in the end reinforces students' curiosity.
