Abstract

Cloud computing has revolutionized modern computing by providing on-demand, scalable, and cost-effective resources. However, efficient load balancing remains a critical challenge, as improper resource allocation can lead to performance bottlenecks, increased latency, and reduced system reliability. Traditional load-balancing algorithms, such as round-robin and least connections, often fail to adapt dynamically to changing workloads and complex cloud environments. To address these limitations, this paper explores intelligent load balancing in cloud computing using reinforcement learning (RL).
