Abstract
It is becoming increasingly important for children to learn English from a young age. Knowing English will help them open up many opportunities in the future and will be the foundation for their future. However, teaching English to children is not an easy task. But teaching is not difficult either, if we know how to teach. Many pedagogical masters include teaching children -this is a unique experience that is both challenging and interesting. Compared to adults, children are more energetic, have shorter attention spans, and it is more difficult to learn a language according to certain stages of development, which createsplanning problems for the teacher. The key to teaching English to children is to understand the principles of language acquisition and apply them in ways that encourage children to learn. Children's world is play and imitation. Today, the following subjects are covered: what are the principles of teaching English to children, what are the characteristics of a language teacher, why do we teach children a foreign language, the social and psychological preparation of teachers, the emotional and physical aspects of young learners, the main roles of teachers in the classroom, a review of TPR, and finally, practical tips and teaching methods for primary English teachers. This article discusses new methods of teaching English to young children.Modern approaches to teaching, teaching methods, general physical response, scaffolding, feedback, visual aids, consistency, teaching teaching methods, creativity, Innovative games, Teaching techniques.
