Abstract

The hotel menu system, which combines digital and contactless solutions, transforms eating by utilizing scanning technology. This technology lets customers access and interact with a digital menu straight from their cellphones or other provided devices by using QR codes or NFC (Near Field Communication) tags. Visitors can browse current menu item information, personalize orders, and receive extensive descriptions—including dietary information and allergies alerts—by scanning or tapping. By sending orders straight to the kitchen, this technology expedites order placing, minimizes errors, and speeds up service. Through system integration, accurate invoicing, effective inventory tracking, and real-time order management are made possible by the hotel's Point of Sale (POS) system.
