Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the biological agent fungus Trichoderma indigenous which can be used to restore land fertility through technical formulation and application engineering and testing it on a limited basis on one of the pak choy mustard plants. The methods used were the isolation and determination of the Trichoderma biological agent, its formulation as a biofertilizer, performance testing of the isolate on test plants, and preparation of projections for the use of Trichoderma biofertilizer in plant cultivation to increase household food security. The results of the isolation of the Trichoderma fungus from agroforestry soil were determined to be isolate Tc-047. The bulk solid biological fertilizer formula showed a significant effect in increasing the growth of the test plants by 10.75% and 11.63% for the height and number of pak choy leaves, respectively. This Trichoderma biofertilizer has the potential to be used in cultivating small areas of land to increase and protect household food security..
