The plan entails an extensive evaluation of the present state of the nation's infrastructure, identifies vital areas in need of advancement, suggests strategic investments, and delineates a phased approach for implementation. The decision-making process is deeply influenced by stakeholder engagements and meticulous cost-benefit analyses. A central theme in the plan is the significance of securing the necessary financial resources and identifying potential investment channels, all while emphasizing the prioritization of projects based on their cost-effectiveness. Furthermore, the plan integrates robust project management and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the successful execution of these initiatives. Through this comprehensive approach, the ultimate objective is to stimulate economic growth, enhance connectivity, and elevate living standards throughout Uzbekistan
