Abstract
The article aims to provide a general overview of the importance of developing food products and developing technology for cultivating food-producing plants at the village level which can contribute to strengthening and protecting local food security. The method used is a study of relevant references. The development of alternative food ingredients and the quality of food products play an important role in creating organoleptic quality food products. Meanwhile, the development of plant cultivation technology through the application of biofertilizers and biopesticides will produce quality food while protecting the stability and productivity of the agroecosystem. The development of these two aspects at the village level will contribute to strengthening and protecting national food security
