Abstract

The use of water as a heat carrier in the heating system is considered the most effective method. The correct choice of equipment and devices for the water heating system has a great impact on the useful work of the system. An expansion tank is a part of a water heating system, which is designed to collect excess water that appears when it is heated and expands at the same time. Determining the expanded volume of water is a somewhat complicated process. In laboratory work, the expanded volume of water for the heating system is determined.
