Abstract

This study examines the moderating effect of Good Corporate Gover nance (GCG) on financial performance and corporate value in food and beverage companies from 2018 to 2020. Using a quantitative research method and pur posive sampling, 45 companies were selected from an initial population of 70. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS application. Results indicate that f inance (ROA) can be moderated by GCG variables. This study has implications for understanding the role of GCG in financial performance and corporate value.
