Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine patient satisfaction with the quality of outpatient services at "X" Hospital. As the largest contributor to GDP in Indonesia, the health sector is an industry that deserves attention. The need for health facilities during the pandemic is followed by the hope that these health facilities will provide the best quality of service. This research is quantitative research with survey method. Respondents were outpatients at "X" Hospital in April 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Samples taken in April amounted to 135 people. Assessment using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire.The data were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results showed that on the overall dimensions of service quality, starting from tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy obtained satisfactory results, with an average level of conformity 96,42% above the standard set by Hospital Management.
